Now, just under a year before the release of Apple’s upcoming smartphone, we can get a glimpse of what the device will be like and what the Cupertino-based company will be trying to do to surprise and persuade customers to purchase it. In particular, the device will feature an increased amount of RAM and an improved processor. However, the most interesting aspect is that one of the main innovations of the iPhone 17 will be a new button. Well, at least it will seem like a new one. It’s an old one, but it’s been implemented a little differently than we’re used to.

What will the iPhone 17 look like?
Next year, we can expect another revision of the iPhone lineup. 120 Hz in the iPhone
The most important change is expected in the displays of the new iPhones. Increasingly, insiders are predicting that all iPhone_17 models will be equipped with ProMotion technology in 2025. This means that 120 Hz will be available in the regular iPhone_17 instead of just the Pro models. In fact, this innovation should have happened a few years earlier, as the display in a regular iPhone 16 looks disheartening compared to even Android smartphones. We can only hope that it will eventually be implemented. After all, there is still a lot of time before the device is released, and the company may still change its mind and return the screens in the base iPhone_17 to their usual 60 Hz. By the way, the iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to have a significant advantage over other devices in the lineup. Apple is expected to use a smaller Face ID module in this model, which will result in a slightly smaller Dynamic Island cutout. Why this update will not affect the iPhone 17 Pro is not entirely clear, but I believe that this change can also be expected in the smaller Pro model. It is unlikely that Apple would make such a significant difference between these two devices.
Processor in iPhone 17

And also very strange looks the decision to keep the old super-wide in the regular iPhone_17. I hope that closer to the release, Apple will reconsider this point and put 48 MP in it. The 48 MP telephoto lens in the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max looks promising. High resolution has never hurt anyone.
Touch button in iPhone 17
In the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, we will see another very important and controversial innovation. Apple is going to combine the volume buttons and the Action Button into a single touch area. Do you want to switch to silent mode or activate any other assigned action on the Action Button? When will the iPhone 17 be released?

Because of this, many rumors and leaks may remain just that, without getting a place in the final smartphone. However, the most interesting parameter is still considered to be the price of the iPhone 17. The basic model, as before, will start at 799$. The most controversial issue at the moment is the price of the iPhone17 Air. Some insiders report a price of 1,299$, but there is no logic behind this figure.
For such money, no one will buy a single-camera smartphone in 2025. I would venture to suggest that, like the lineup itself, it will also take the place of the iPhone 16 Plus in terms of price and will cost either 899$ or 999$. If the company decides to stop at 999$, then the price of the iPhone 17 Pro will also increase by 100$ and will be 1,099$. So, we can expect a very interesting release from Apple. So far, it is completely unclear how the company will position the new iPhone17.
